1. Booking and Payments

• A booking is only confirmed once the required advance payment is received.
• All prices are subject to change based on MP Forest Department policy updates. We will notify you of any sudden government fee hikes.
• You must provide accurate ID details during booking. A mismatch between the provided details and the original ID presented at the gate will result in denied entry by the authorities.

2. Forest Department Rules & Right to Admission

The Panna Tiger Reserve is governed by the Forest Department. They reserve the ultimate right of admission. Panna Jungle Safari acts only as a facilitator and holds no liability if a tourist is denied entry due to late arrival, lack of original ID proof, or inappropriate behavior.

3. Tourist Code of Conduct

While inside the national park, tourists must strictly adhere to the guidelines set by the guide and forest officials. Getting down from the vehicle, shouting, playing music, smoking, and feeding wild animals are strictly prohibited and punishable by law.

4. Wildlife Sightings

The Panna Tiger Reserve is a natural habitat, not a zoo. While our expert guides and drivers will do their absolute best to track and show you wildlife, tiger or specific animal sightings are a matter of chance and are never guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for lack of specific wildlife sightings.
